HS Solutions is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Given our activities between Türkiye and Europe, personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where such transfers occur, HS Solutions ensures appropriate safeguards in accordance with Chapter V GDPR, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Where required, Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs) are carried out and supplementary measures are implemented to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
